Return Policy

At BeautyLights, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Return Window

Our return policy is valid for 90 days from the date your order was delivered. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once this period has passed.


Conditions for Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  1. Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

    • If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee.
    • Please report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us at support@ivalory.com with details and visual evidence (photos).
  2. General Dissatisfaction

    • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
  3. Shipping Issues

    • If your order is lost or significantly delayed (as confirmed by tracking data), you may be eligible for a refund.

Exclusions

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following situations:

  • An incorrect shipping address was provided.
  • The recipient refused or was uncontactable for the package delivery.
  • The order is still in transit without significant delays.
  • Customs fees were not paid by the recipient.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, contact us at support@ivalory.com with your order number and details.

  • We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
  • Items must be shipped back using a trackable shipping method, and the tracking number must be shared with us to ensure the return is processed.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you don’t see your refund:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as it may take time for the refund to post.
  3. Contact your bank for additional processing delays.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please email support@ivalory.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.


Gift Returns

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
  • If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total.
